Waste Management
Affordable and clean energy
Waste-to-energy and water treatment management
Waste is not just a problem, it can be considered more and more a resource. It can represent an important 24/7 base power, especially if used in a small or medium sized plant. Beyond providing a stable power production, it helps reduce the growing waste problem.
Our main interest in the waste sector is to bring it in a circular context in smaller communities, with or without combined sustainable actions. The same with organic compounds in industrial wastewater, and residue water offer huge untapped energy potential.
One of the solutions can be the usage of wastewater for green hydrogen production. Using plasmolysis technology, which can be powered by solar and wind energy, the organic compounds mainly ammonium NH4 can be converted into hydrogen and nitrogen, which can be used as a clean fuel, leaving behind reusable water. It can be a win-win scenario for everyone.
The same can be done for sewage, converting it into an effluent that can be returned to the water cycle with acceptable impact on the environment, or reused for various purposes, in a WWTP.
To find the optimal solutions we work with different technical partners, all from patented pyrolysis EPGS, with compact, scalable, efficient, flexible and replicable solutions, converting a variety of different wastes into energy solutions.
